Frustrated!

    I've been on 810 for 10 days now and the scales refuse to move. Last week the scales went down and are now back up and have stalled. I've been using exactly the amount of portions stated in the book, so really not sure. I know people have said that it takes time for the body to adjust, but most people don't stall on 810 it usually 1000. My CDC has said it's impossible not to lose on 810 but I'm beginning to think maybe I'm just one of the unlucky ones. I'm trying to be patient, but really don't know what to do. I've been stuck at the same weight for nearly 2 weeks. Anyone else stall on 810?

    I was the same hence why I am back on SS I couldn't cope with how it messed with my head so I figured go back on SS till goal then work up the steps as it wouldn't matter if it stayed the same.

    I have to be on 810 now though as my BMI is under 25; it's just so frustrating. I'm trying really hard not to get myself upset about it, but I'm beginning to get really worried that I've messed my metabolism up.

    Shantel, have you introduced any carbs back into the diet on 810+?

    Hey hon.
    Hang in there you have done so well, stick with it as the weight will come off.. You are getting closer to goal so your losses will tend to slow down a bit anyway..Make sure your still drinking plenty of water. Are you due for totm or anything as sometimes this can make a difference. There is not much difference between SS+ and 810 so perhaps your body needs something different would you consider going up to 1000.. I still lost a few pounds a week on 1000.
    I know its hard not to get disheartned but stick with it hon! x
