Aaargghhh I'm feeling so frustrated. I've stuck rigidly to the plan all week. Been eating speed foods and doing exercise and I got on the scales this morning to find I'd put on half a pound since last Thursday!!! :cry: Anyway I've come to the conclusion that speed foods don't really work for me!

It's so demoralising and frustrating. Makes you wonder why you're bothering. I can feel the chocolate beckoning me, but I WILL NOT give up!

Official weigh in is Thursday night, so hopefully it will turn round by then!

Honey don't sweat it! It will come off. We all have weeks that no matter how good we are we gain or stay the same. Our leader says it is just your body's way of adjusting to the loss! Don't give up, it really does work and is a great way to get used to eating properly as well.

Hey hun you rant away that's what were here for. Maybe try drinking lots of water today flush out your system. Sometimes if you don't drink enough your body holds onto what it can to compensate. The more you drink the more you flush out.:)

I am usually a big water drinker, but must admit I only had one glass yesterday!

I'll try and get it back up today!

Hey hun just remember if its your first week it may have something to do with what you have eaten THE WEEK before.
Look at my record at the bottom of my page i stayed the same for 2 weeks then had a fab weight loss of 5 1/2lbs!
