Fry Light Help

Hi all

Ive just put some wedges in the oven and gave them quite a few sprays of fry light.

How many sprays is it before its a syn value please?

Thanks for your help.

not sure of the answer but i use this freely for lots of cooking and never count it as syns. xx

well it says 1 spray of frylight has 1 calorie so if you go on the rule of 1 syn = 20 calories you would technically have to syn it after 20 sprays hugs Crystal x

I'm exactly the same.
I've never counted it and do not intend to start!
I'm sure someone could correct me, but I'm sure it is listed as free in the book? X

Frylight is absolutely free no matter how many sprays you use - unless you are taking the top off and literally pouring it over lol

SW class frylite as free so the 1 in 20 rule doesnt count, you can have as much as you want. Other spray oils are synned though
