Frying Steak?

    Hi having some frying steak with a jacket potato for dinner, how many points would 250g raw weight be? Thankyou

    Hi, I can't see frying steak listed but braising and stewing steak are both 4pp for 125g raw, hope this helps.

    I was on WW PPs but have now switched to calorie counting.
    Hi, it depends on which cut of beef it is as pps vary a lot between cuts. I often have sirloin steak and it is 7pps for a 225g raw weight, I grill it as that doesn't add any extra pps.

    I ate 200g adsa frying steak the other day, it worked out as 6 pp.
    Yummy too!
