Hi there according to the ww app and online 4 sprays are free then you count it as a 1pp x

Hi, just been on esource and ww app and its up to 40 sprays are 0pp rather than 4. Going on the basis that 1pp = 40 cals and each spray is 1 cal....

the ww app is wrong on a lot of things it does actually say in the ww pocket guide in the meetings folder that 4 sprays of low calorie cooking spray = 1pp

Ahh haven't read the pocket guide in a while... Although I'll be honest I dont point fry light - same as I dont point herbs & spices x

Think my leader says it was something like 19 sprays before it counts as 1pp

It's 4 for free then every further 4 sprays count as 1pp each. For the insignificant amount I use for an entire meal (4-6 servings, maybe 10 sprays in that) I don't usually count it
