I put in such a lot of hard work this week, was soo good on the eating side of things, but completely ruined it for myself when I went out drinking with my friends on Saturday...lots of wine, then when you get drunk you have noooo idea what other drinks you consume aaargh...so this meant I stayed the same at weigh in today :( I know I could have had a good loss if I hadnt have drank so much!!!! GRRRR only myself to blame :sigh:

Not touching a drop this week though, going to do the water challenge that Stacey suggested, and I am going to weigh and measure EVERRRRYYTHING that I need to in order to loose next week.

don't knock yourself, just a little slip we all do them (we are human after ll) at you have done so well at maintaining, now have to start fresh new week and you can keep on track and lose weight.

Hey Lauren, just draw a line under it. Today is a new day. I reckon you'll be fiiiine so long as you hop back on plan and stick to it. This is the beauty of Slimming World. You may even get a nice little treat of losing some and more besides!!
