Furry tongue

I know we get bad breath due to keto but any ideas how to get my coated white tongue pink again? I have tried brushing it every time I brush my teeth but it looks disgusting!

That can be a possible side affect of getting into ketosis. It will wear away in a few days xxx

I'd take it as a good sign that you are in ketosis. Drink plenty and keep scrubbing it with your toothbrush. I agree with Jem-Jem it will prob go away itself. x

Yeah that's what I thought too just hoped someone would have a solution to make it better. I have been doing Exante since Sept last year and it has never been this bad.

Get yourself some mouth spray, its ok to use it and makes your mouth feel fab. I keep it in my handbag
