I went out to lunch with a friend yesterday, and never have a problem finding something nice to eat. I ordered the salmon and cray fish tail salad, with marie rose sauce. I asked that she keep the sauce in a side dish. When it arrived, there it was lathered in the stuff :-( I really wanted to send it back, but felt like I was being awkward :-( I just scraped off what I could. Anyways, I am still in ketosis today
