hey girlies well good things come in 3's it is official!!!!
I didnt do great but I still lost 1lb - so I am back to 10stone 7lb so I am happy! i had 3 days where i went way over my points so I am shocked - the exercise must have counteracted some of the naughtiness. It is also TOTM any second so I thought it would have been possible to have gained again - so im pleased with that.
On a bad note my flat mate has the cough/throat i had the other week and i seem to have caught it back again!!! ahhhh! have woken up with sore throat again so will be having a day of rest today to make sure im all better for my big inetrview on monday!!! also even being a bit ill again has not wiped the cheshire cat grin off my face at the moment ha ha.
OK so today is Day 1 Week 5!!! and to still meet my mini goal I now have to lose 7lbs in 5 weeks - so still achievable I think - and I am refocused and have a double reason now to get thin and cute cos I have vegas and a lad to try and impress (hoping i get a 2nd date!) so today is my fresh start ... again!!! ha ha
Breakfast - 60g alpen with soya milk - 3.5 points
Lunch - crab mayo salad in pitta bread - 4.5 points
Dinner - 2 Quorn sausage, 1 turkey rasher, ww baked beans, 3 scrambled egg whites, HP - 5 points
Snacks- strawberries/0% fat greek yogurt, alpen bar, apple- 3 points
Total - 16 points
I will make some broccoli & chicken stock soup up today as well so if I ever need anything else to snack on then i can have a mug of that for zero points - this weeks is gonna be perfect!! I really wanna aim for 2lbs per week now till i go to vegas. That would make me 9 stone 11lbs and it means that if I fluctuate throughout the day then I would still never be more than 10 stone!
I CAN DO IT!!!!!
