im doin ok = to be honest iv had 1 mug of horlicks light and 8 marshmallows - anyone know how many points they are??? its 1 extra for the horlicks which makes me 18 points - plus whatever the marshamallows are - but i am allowed 19 per day and i did an hour in the gym so im more than covered - i didnt even have one bite of their pizza - and then they had doughnuts after - with pink icing and hundreds and thousands -like homer simpson... i didnt even lick my fingers after i served it all up!!! im so impressed with myself - we all watched the goonies then britains got talent - then i carried charl up 5 flights of stairs to bed - and forgot both their waters so came all way down and back up again with those.. more exercise!!! lol

gonna be an angel again every day till vegas.. as twiggy said its so close i can almost touch it!!!!

i tell ya what wish id had this much willpower the whole 10 weeks!! id be a size zero by now lol xxxx

Well done gabs for resisting all the naughty stuff we went to the harvester & i had salad, steak/jacket pot but then tried some of dds brownie & ice cream dessert plus had a bit of ice cream at the zoo scales still say the same today so hope no damage!xx

Planet Hollywood looks good .. there are a few timeshares sales people around though - so don't agree to anything unless I can come too And right above the miracle mile of shops - perfect!!

No pizza or donut! You deserved a couple of marshmallows, Not sure on points hun but I don't think they are too bad. It sounds fantastic where your staying in Vegas, No wonder your so excited.
Kiddies are supa cute, great pic. I know you said charly is adopted but they really look alike in the photo.

Ive had a sneaky look on scales today & no change so prob a sts this week with hopefully a loss of at least a rotton pound by flying day or if a miracle happens 2lb!.

My hair's v. blonde now too - it's great isn't it - specially for the summer! Got it all chopped off on Saturday, and for the first time ever I liked it when I left the salon! lol

Hi Everyone i have been so busy all day yeserday - i had such a fantastically brilliant day!!! was a little naughty but with all my saved points and exercise points i think it will be ok - i had a sneaky peak on the scales too and am 1lb down since WI so thats good considering yesterday..

so anyway yesterday i took soph and charl to madam tussaurds which they loved. then took them home and me and my brothers and our friends went to a pub by the emirates for a few pre-match drinks and then we went to watch arsenal smash stoke 4-1 in the last game of the season and it was the most beautiful hot day ever it was the perfect day for football. then after we went to a bar that was 2 for 1 mojitos and i had 4 - i know they are high sugar but it was sunny and i fancied cocktails so i had them! then we all went for mexican food - i had nachos and quesidillas - so bad but so yummy - i didnt really count but im sure i went over my allowence - but scales show 1lb down so maybe not as bad as i thought

at football one of my brothers friends matty came - he comes every now and then and iv always fancied him - since i was about 15 actually ha ha - but as he is 35 thought he looked at me as christian & alex's kid sister - as he's known me since i was about 8 - anyway we were watchin the second half and he kinda kept touchin my hand and leaned over and put his hand on my waist and said you are looking really good and i really want your number! i was so shocked - but gave it to him and he has been texting me ever since!! im still a little baffled but my brothers never said anythin which is good as they are usually very protective - so watch this space with matty!

anyway yes it is amazing how much sophie and charlie look a like - i think the adoption people try to match kids to families as much as they can and with the blonde hair and blue eyes he fits right in - no one would ever think they werent real brother and sister which is lovely for him - my brothers wife is blonde and blue eyed too so she looks like his real mum which is nice for them both as well. he is doing so well and everytime i spend time with him i fall more and more in love with him and am so happy we have him in our lives!

OMG cant belive 9 days till vegas - gonna go mad in the gym this week and back to 14 points a day tomoro - im havin my full allowence today i think....

thats my plan anyway!!! im not feeling hungover so im not in the mood to eat junk - i was very disciplined with the drinkin yesterday althou i forgot to mention i had a bar of green & blacks dark choc yesterday as well oops.... yummy thou. lets hope the scales dont catch up with me and im still showin the loss on wi on weds - gotta stop hopping on the scales - i never used to but have been a bit of a hopper the last week or so!!

well no dates lined up yet - thing is he is in the air force and based in doncaster at moment, but i think he comes to london quite alot - we have been textin non-stop since we swapped numbers and its given me butterflies lol - will see what happens - dont wanna expect anythin really cos not sure what my brothers will say and also he is quite far away -its really frustrating

iv been really good with my points today - i did 18- so gonna go low and get back down the gym tomorro - hope u all had a lovely bank holiday xxx
