gain after a 100 % week :(

hi all
just looking for a bit of advice really, i have just started my 4 week of dieting, im doing 1700 kcal a day plus running 5 k four times a week, ive been loosing brill for the last 3 weeks, lost 4,5 kg already ( sorry i think it metrics) and this morning weigh in i noted 0.2 kg gain. i know its not loads but i have had a brill week, binge free for 4 weeks and my loses is what keeps me going, i have a very weak motivation, after this morning i feel like eating a whole chocolate egg! how do u leep going? sorry for the wing :(

Dont be disheartned , your body changes up down by about 2.5 pounds a day anyway so it might not be acurate! Are u weighing urself at the same time on the same day every week, also try wearing the same clothes silly i know but least then u know its acurate :)


DO NOT reach for that chocolate egg, you have done so well so far so keep on going you can do it! :D :clap::happy096:

thanx hails! my weigh in day is thursda and i usually do it in the morning, naked after my morning wee : ) i just realized it could be water retention ( im due my period in 2 days) after reading your post i had a think over and decided against chocolate egg, stayed within my calorie limit and rewarded myself with a glass of low alochol wine instead, dont want to waste what ive already done ans feel s*** after xx
