Ohh never weigh yourself in-between weigh in as iv done this before many times and I could be up 3lbs but come to weigh day I'd lose that and more lolll. Don't worry Hun it's just fluctuating during the week I think everyone has experience this weighing themselves in-between weeks and they have learnt to STOP as it will only upset you xxx

I usually weigh the morning (Tuesday) of my meeting to see if it's going to be good news. I weighed once on the weekend and it was a big mistake. I showed a gain and I was miserable for the next 3 days.

Please don't be disheartened. Just keep going, eating your allowance and stay off the scales until Monday.
