Gammon joint ?

Hi, I've just cooked a gammon joint in the oven , I'm sure this will be free but the doubt is creeping in that it may not . Anyone know if it will be ? Thanks x

As long as you cut any visible fat off, yes its free.

Ohhh thank goodness for that. I've just been cutting it up and I've been picking at it quite a lot. It's deeelish x
