Induction Gammon

Bought some gammon from morrisons and wen readin the label it said it had dextrose in it i read on here about keepin away from the pork scratchings with this in. Am i ok eatin the gammon?
Also can you eat chewing gun on atkins?

Sugar free gum is okay in small amounts - don't swallow it.

Re: gammon - it was probably cooked in sugar. What's the carb count? If carbs are still very low you're probably ok with it now and then but I wouldn't make it a regular thing.

i tend to buy a joint at the butchers and bake it myself, that way you know its not got any of those horrid supermarket extras lurking!
