Garlic and chilli king prawns


Serves 4 ppl
Syns ½ on Red and E/E and 4½ on Green.
1 red chilli
10 garlic cloves
Fry Light
30 raw peeled tiger prawns
113ml/4fl oz chicken stock made with Bovril
57ml/2fl oz dry white wine
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
5 tbsp freshly chopped parsley (optional)

1. Deeseed and finely chop the chilli. Finely slice the garlic. Spray a pan with Fry Light and cook the chilli, half the garlic and the prawns for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add the remaining garlic along with the stock and wine. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and cook gently for 4-5 minutes or until the prawns have turned pink and are cooked through.
3. Remove from the heat, season well and stir in the parsley. Serve the garlic prawns with a salad of your choice. ENJOY :D
