Garlic bread! (Complete novice at cooking)

Hi all ! First post here. I'm not technically on slimming world but my boyfriend is and I make him his meals so maybe I am! Haha.

I need help with some low syn or syn free garlic bread. I've managed to get lasagne edible the last few times so this time I want to serve it with garlic bread. I read about some weight watchers bread things or by using smash. We have some butter powder sachet things that are 1 calorie that was suggested at his last meeting. Would they work or would it not melt. I'm so clueless with cooking!

I just use a Weight Watchers petit pain (1 = HExB). I slice it in half before baking in the oven as per instructions. When it comes out, rub with a clove of garlic. And voi la! Syn free garlic bread :)
