    Hi to be honest I normally use a tiny bit of frylight,garlic clove and some garlicy philly.. butter is a bit of a no no. Interested to hear if anyone else has a better idea

    I put mushrooms in foil with crushed garlic and a little olive oil.
    Cook on medium oven heat for 20 mins.
    Yummy!

    take the stalks out of a large-ish mushroom, put a teaspoon of garlic philadelphia (light), put on tin foil and grill! taste amazing!
