I also use garlic granules in my soups on occasion and I don't think it's made any difference. Mmmmm, garlic

I did use garlic when I first had my soups as I hated them so much!

Not only the taste is good but it is really good for your health. Why not give it a try and if you see it messes with the diet, just stop? :)
