Gastric flu - fab weight loss - will it last

I have got gastric flu and as you can see from my signature I have had a fab loss this week....but will it pile back on when I am better?? Any experience of this anyone??

when I had food poisoning last year I had a fab result the week I was ill but lost nothing the week after, but I didnt put any on.
