i thought that it might be helpful to write down what i am eating on a daily basis, and also somewhere for my werid and wonderful rants lol.
Tuesday
breakfast -
30g bran flakes - 1.5 points
skimmed milk - 0.5 points
total - 2 points
snack -
curly wurly - 1.5 points
3 pk buscuits - 2.5 points
ginger nut busciuts - 2 points
total - 6 points (oh my god)
lunch -
ham sandwich from co-op - 5.5 points
extra strong mints - 1.5 points
total points - 7 points
snack -
apple - 0.5 points
yoghurt - 2.5 points
several plums - 2 points
total - 5 points
dinner -
turkey spaghetti bolengse made with 2 carrots, onion, garlic, chopped tomatoes, turkey mince, peper, mushrooms, spagetti weighed out - 5 points
i don't even want to total that up, god thats like super bad (arggggg) i know i need to cut out the buscuits (the ginger ones, and the 3 pack ones), i should have made my own sandwich (but had no bread in the house - i don't put both marg, and mayo on my sandwiches, and i also would have put so much ham in there), should not have eaten all the plums (still don't understand why bloody fruit is pointed - has anyone ever heard of anyone ever gaining weight eating fruit??) i would happily munch my way through that when i'm hungry. It kinda annoys me that they promote all their foods - some of which really aren't that good for you, cakes, buscuits, ice cream etc (all junk food really) and they tell you that you can spend 1 point on this and that but then label a banana with 1.5 - 2 points. Now if i was a little munchy and had one point to spend, what am i going to eat the banana which would put me half or one point over my allowance, but would probablay fill me up nicely or the piece of lemon drizzle cake which has no nutritional value which is 1 point????
So i'm not really very happy with today - particularly as i didn't go to the gym tonight either.
Its shopping day tomorrow so i'm going to try and make sure that i am properly organised and have everything that i would need for the week (so i don't end up having to stop at the co-op again).
I would also really like to attempt to make some soup which i can have during my break times. So i'm going to add the vegetables that i need to my list as well.......
I really want to lose 2 pounds this week, as that will bring me in under 11 stone which will be fabulous.
I was thinking that i might try my wedding dress on tonight as motivation, but i think it would probablay make me feel rubbish so i'll leave it a few more weeks i think, and use my favourite jeans to judge what is happening with my weight.
