Before I run off to see Mr G who hasnt seen me since I started LT and may be in for a bit of a shock (though he does know im on it) I wanted to let you know that this week I have mostly been getting rid of 4lbs! so im only 1lb off 1.5 stones yayyyyy

Anyway off to sit on a coach for 12 hours and still try to drink enough water but itll be worth it because I havent seen him in 4 weeks !
