    Breakfast

    Bananna and mullerlight

    Lunch

    Bacon,2 eggs,beans and mushrooms all done with fry light.

    Dinner

    spag with pasta bulked out with veg

    I was ill on thursday but phoned consultant and she was fine, going this thursday :)

    Pork chop mash and green beans and mushrooms

    I tend to have a little cheese, i laugh as i cannot hardly see it and milk.

    Yesterday was WI so i had

    Breakfast

    2 Banannas
    Muller light

    Lunch

    Eggs x3,bacon mushrooms,beans

    Dinner

    Spag bol with lots of peas,onions,and green beans lots of spices.

    2 plums,bananna

    5 coffees and flavoured water, the asda zero cal ones :)

    Lunch

    2 plums, donut peach, mullerlight

    Dinner

    Gammon and egg loaf (very yummy)
    Potatoes, green beans and garden peas.

    Hi Geoff,

    Looks like you've well and truly settled in to the plan now. You're having some lovely food...quite a variety too.

    How did wi go? I lost 2lbs this week. I'm going to the lake district tomorrow for a wk and I'm dreading what I'll weigh when I come home...a stone heavier if previous holidays are anything to go on!

    I lost 51/2lb :) i said would like to get my half stone award next week. Have a great holiday :wave_cry:
