Day 34

Well yesterday was quite easy really. Didn't feel tempted for some reason. I thought I'd struggle because I'm off plan again this weekend. Thought I'd just eat until then and restart the Monday after. But no, I've decided to do another 5 days TS until Friday evening. If nothing else, it will limit the damage. At least next weekend, ill be more in control of what I'm eating. No set menus and cocktails!

I think the plank challenge has helped because yesterday I didn't have that 'empty' tummy feeling but I think doing the exercises helped trick me into thinking I had never been off plan!

Today's plan: gym to do whatever and then I have a Physio/sports massage appt this afternoon. I'm hoping to get myself fixed so I can be free from aches n pains and get up n running again. Got to go to Asda to buy massive knickers to protect my modesty!

Sounds like a busy day for you, love that you have to go out to buy big knickers, buy some skimpy's at the same time and confuse the cashier :) Really happy you got back on TS, would have been a bigger struggle next week to get on if you'd ate all week xx

It's my sisters 40th. She's coming up from Cornwall and my 2 brothers coming down from Scotland. We r meeting at my sisters in new brighton for the weekend, spouses n kids too :) can't wait! X

Gym this morning consisted of a fat loss exercise class with weights n barbells (ouch) and a Pilates class. Then I burned 300 cals on the machines upstairs (wave, stair master, cross trainer) sat on the power plates for a wee while. Went to mat area to do the ank challenge but there were too many young good looking guys there. Didn't fancy squaring in front of them so ill do it later!

Having peppermint t tea in gym cafe then heading to Physio. Fingers crossed that my big pants stay put! X

Just back from Physio. Pants did me proud! So it looks like I've got a wobbly pelvis and an obvious Right sided weakness. Nice! Anyway fell better after he stretched n prodded me :)

Just realised that I've had nothing to eat yet so going yo have half a mushroom soup :) x

Day 35

Feeling good. Great sleep. Slept in daughters bed. Fancied a change!

Got more exercises to do for Physio so need to do them 3 times a day. My bum cheeks are aching from the challenge. All those squats better be getting rid of my fat arse!

Got another appointment today with a guy who specialises in functional movements whatever that is. I'm desperate to sort my aches and pains out. I'll see what he has to say...

So, I plan on going to the gym this morning then head into town this afternoon for that appt. the classes at the gym this morning are run by a girl that I know, so ill be avoiding the classes. She is used to seeing me slim and fit :-/

Got an order on Friday so I'm eating all my favourites. Not tempted in any way and so far no headaches. Today might be the day :-/

TSing all the way till the weekend. Then ill just have to take each day as it comes till I can get back on the TSing train on Monday! Then it'll be TSing till 5 April. YEEHARRRRRRR!!! Love having no distractions in my diary. That will be a really good run where I can give it my all.

I actually got an invite to a friends 50th and my heart jumped for joy when I realised it was in June and not between now and April. How sad is that?!

Anyway have a good day folks. If ur feeling weak then keep going. Plough on through because good times are ahead, as well as feeling good and feeling proud of yourself :) x
