Day 35
Feeling good. Great sleep. Slept in daughters bed. Fancied a change!
Got more exercises to do for Physio so need to do them 3 times a day. My bum cheeks are aching from the challenge. All those squats better be getting rid of my fat arse!
Got another appointment today with a guy who specialises in functional movements whatever that is. I'm desperate to sort my aches and pains out. I'll see what he has to say...
So, I plan on going to the gym this morning then head into town this afternoon for that appt. the classes at the gym this morning are run by a girl that I know, so ill be avoiding the classes. She is used to seeing me slim and fit :-/
Got an order on Friday so I'm eating all my favourites. Not tempted in any way and so far no headaches. Today might be the day :-/
TSing all the way till the weekend. Then ill just have to take each day as it comes till I can get back on the TSing train on Monday! Then it'll be TSing till 5 April. YEEHARRRRRRR!!! Love having no distractions in my diary. That will be a really good run where I can give it my all.
I actually got an invite to a friends 50th and my heart jumped for joy when I realised it was in June and not between now and April. How sad is that?!
Anyway have a good day folks. If ur feeling weak then keep going. Plough on through because good times are ahead, as well as feeling good and feeling proud of yourself
