So weighed in - 2 1/4 lbs.

i went to bed ridiculously early cos of headache. I always get headaches so ill need to drink gallons n swallow tablets in copious amounts. Ill do anything to get me out to the other side!

Today was ok. Paperwork day so quite far away from toilet at work cos working in a little office. Drank loads. Headache mild as a result :)

Had a meeting sprung on me at the last minute so didn't get home until 6.30 ish :-/

Been online since I got in. Just going to have a spag bols and a bar. Early night if I'm twiddling my thumbs! Terrible I know, but it will keep me out of trouble :)

Hope the fat is sliding off ya! X
 
I had a 6:30 finish too but I did take two hours off this morning to be a hero and go to the gym.

I've had chilli, hot chocolate and a red berry bar today - might treat myself to an extra coke zero oooh :D

So today it seems like I have lost 5lbs?!

That seems a bit much for 24hours.

Anyway, I'm taking it. Had a ROTTEN sleep last night. So lets hope the children give me an easy day :)

Didn't sleep well last night. Must've fallen asleep about 4! Should sleep tonight

Headachey day. Not pounding but still a pain. Will drink 2 litres before bed to try to alleviate it.

Had a fab evening with Katie ketosis roller skating. She is doing fab. Forward and backwards and turning! I got new skates today. Didn't get a chance to try them in the rink sooooo I tried them on at home on my wooden floors. Goodness me... They're fast!!!

Been ok food wise. Not massively hungry or hankering after anything. Hope that lasts!

Off to bed soon. Got busy day tomorrow... Hope you are feeling good and in control ;-) x

I've just caught up with your diary and have read it right from the start. You can do this, I think you need a better plan for when you can't do TS and weigh yourself weekly even if you go off plan. Just observations from a complete stranger lol! I was rooting for you and do pleased you were doing so well so I just want to see you back there again. Your motivation for exercise and positive attitude was uplifting and motivating.

You can do this!
 
Thanks Yoyo! You're right about a plan. Ill do one over the weekend with goals. Got to start ticking things off!

As for the weighing... I'm doing daily for now. Purely because I need to drag myself through this short term period. I've never weighed daily before and always thought people were crazy who did that! It does seem to be helping me to stay on the plan this time round.

As for being off plan. Well that's where my problem lies! There is absolutely no need for me to go bananas. I'm going to try to exercise more control when off. When I weigh when I'm off plan, it doesn't bother me seeing the numbers riding. It's like a Russian roulette. I keep going to see how much ill put on. I know that sounds a bit mad!

Thanks hon, I'm hoping I can stop being yoyo :( I heard it takes 2 years for your body to get used to being a new weight - I have a hard slog ahead of me :)

TH, we both seem to think similar with the exercise and go mad eating when off plan.
I think, and I have always said it, that exercise does keep me being fairly good. So I think that exercise has got to be included at least 5 times a week. Otherwise its fighting with the on again off again stone for ever !
And that's not an option !!!
