ProPoints Getting back in the fat loss zone!

I have been on weight watchers for a quite a while and in the past I lost 6 stone however to the end of last year and this year I have messed around and ended up putting 3 stone of that back on. I am feeling fat and frumpy and none of my lovely slim clothes fit me any more so I have decided I need to get a grip and stick to the plan once and for all and do some exercise. I have a holiday in 2 weeks time so I want to have two good weeks to get myself back in the zone before going. I used to go to group but never ended up staying so I shall be weighing in at home on Monday mornings. I hope you guys can tell me if I am going wrong anywhere and give me a good telling off if I am going off plan. Fingers crossed to shedding some fat! x
