Well after joining WW for the millionth time 3 weeks ago I managed 5 days before getting meningitis!

Although I've had about 2 weeks off plan im finding it so hard just to simply cut back again! Its not as if im starving myself its just not getting as much!

Not even halfway through day 1 and im starting to wobble =[

I would just try and use filling foods low GI porridge brown bread brown rice bananas they fill us up and drink water green tea etc,its breaking habits thats hard and it takes along time,dont be hard on yourself it will fall into place xx

Hey hun hope ur feeling much better now.
I know how you feel i was hungry at first but now i am trying to fill up on better foods such as fruit and porridge as said above.
You know we are all here for support and encouragement whenever you feel your starting to wobble.
Just think of getting to goal and how fantastic you will feel.

I hope your feeling better now? what a horrible thing to get! :(

I would just do what the others have said, eat lots of filling foods so your still having lots, just lots of better things. Take it one day at a time and remember we are all here for those times when you feel like raiding the fridge!

I've made it to 9pm! I've had alot of fruit today - normally I would just save my points and have a chocolate bar or crisps but it doesnt seem to be helping lol.

I've been filling up on water as I've had all my points now. Gonna raid the cupboards for porridge and see what I can get together for a filling breakfast tomorrow!
