Getting back on track

Havent been around on the forums for a couple of months but I'm coming back as I need to get back in to my calorie counting.

Over the last few months I've been a bit naughty and put on a few lbs which has made me really angry at myself so now I'm coming back as I know with everyone here's support I can do it and get to my two final goals :)
 
welcome back hun, goodluck with your journey! are you going to be posting a food diary, how much calories are you planning on eating?

thanks everyone, I'm going back to 1000-1200 a day like I was on before and using my wii, also thinking of investing in a treadmill but not sure yet as they are a bit pricey
