You’ve done amazingly well so far!! 6lbs isn’t a huge gain in the grand scheme of things. I think working from home makes me more inclined to snack so have made a pact to myself to organise sensible snacks rather than eating leftover choccies!I'm also struggling. Been off plan since December but decided today is the day I get back to it.
Thankfully I am still in the 10's, only just. Weighed in at 10st 13lbs this morning.
This means that I've only gained 6lbs since December which isn't too bad but I have slipped back right into all those old habits which made me fat in the first place.
Let's get to those 9's!
