Getting Motivated Again :(

    Hey Guys. How do u all get motivated again. I've been hitting a wall for a while. Half a stone has creeped bk on again. Had a few things on my sis in laws wedding and was bridesmaid. I got from a size 22 down to a 16 for it. Just finding it do hard to get bk on track again :( xxx

    I lack motivation sometimes but if I was you I would look at how far you have come so far. Size 22 to 16 is fab. Think of how if you get back on track now the summer months coming and nice clothes in shops.

    Why don't you have a clear out of your kitchen presses and hit the shops for groceries and just buy what you need for sw? Do you go to group?

    going from a size 22 to 16 is such a massive achievement! like the person before said summer is coming, think about how more comfortable & happy you will feel if you get back in the zone & maybe get into a 14 :) Maybe take slow steps & concentrate on sticking to plan 80% of the time if you cant manage 100% atleast then you might maintain & not undo all your hardwork xx

    Thanks guys. I've just drawn a line and starting again today. I've been on plan all day and feing great for it. Getting bk to my exercise classes too. Thanks for the support it means a lot. Xxxx

    Congratulations on your loss so far! That is amazing!I've just re motivated after, like you, hitting a brick wall because of stress and other things. I found having a really full proof plan helped. Went a bought a mini white board and write EVERYTHING down. Helps me make sure I'm not over doing it and denying it to myself if I slip up. Have also rooted through my wardrobe and set myself some 'clothes goals'. I've found some older jeans which don't fit me and set myself the goal to get back into them. Managed one pair so far, but loving the feeling of being able to wear stuff I gad relegated to the back of my wardrobe! It also helps me to remind myself what my motivation us, and draw a line under any slip ups.

    good luck with your re boot, remember you've done it before and you can do it again! Xx
