Congratulations on your loss so far! That is amazing!I've just re motivated after, like you, hitting a brick wall because of stress and other things. I found having a really full proof plan helped. Went a bought a mini white board and write EVERYTHING down. Helps me make sure I'm not over doing it and denying it to myself if I slip up. Have also rooted through my wardrobe and set myself some 'clothes goals'. I've found some older jeans which don't fit me and set myself the goal to get back into them. Managed one pair so far, but loving the feeling of being able to wear stuff I gad relegated to the back of my wardrobe! It also helps me to remind myself what my motivation us, and draw a line under any slip ups.
