hi all, i joined the forum a few days ago, its really helpful, i am very focused but have had the flu all week, first day out of bed today, and been looking at my food intake for the last week, i havent had much due to feel rubbish, will this damage my weightloss this week? strange how we have to eat lots to loose, dont get me wrong i love it but feel gutted that illness may have scuppered this weeks WI
