Well I'm back, I did try a stint a few weeks ago however with my grandads funeral looming my head wasn't in it. However, a switch came on last night after a real bad couple of weeks with food and I knew I HAD to do this, its the only plan that will work for me & it takes food away from the equation. No more worrying about calories/carbs and just have the 4 packs. Done! Simple really.
I know I've started this at a rubbish time, my grandads funeral is Wednesday & I'll be travelling Tuesday night, but I won't fret about it. If I need to eat I'll just stick to low carb, so it won't be really "off plan" as such!
Day 1 nearly done. Just one more pack to have as I've just had my 3rd pack.
