Getting started 7 day menu

HELLO !

I have just joined Slimming World online (wohoooooooo) ! Although I am currently on my last week of Lipotrim TFR, due to begin my 2 week refeed on Saturday eeekkk!
I thought I'd join Slimming World early and get my head around it etc

ANYWAY so I've just set up my account and there is an AMAZING menu lined up for me titled 'Your getting started 7 day menu'
This is going to sound so stupid, but will that disappear in 7 days????? lol Should I copy it down now so it's there when I begin Slimming World on Boxing day ??? I'm scared it'll disappear and ill not have a notion of a good first week plan...
