Getting the water down

I was finding that the hardest part of the diet was drinking the water. I kept two 2litre bottles in the fridge and tried to drink a glass an hour, but found it incredibly difficult - even harder than not eating.

THEN, at the weekend I bought some 500ml bottles with sports caps, and am amazed at how much easier it is to get the water down - it seems a lot quicker too.

So if anyone else is struggling with the water, try this. It made a lot of difference to me.

I find this too always take my 75cl sports bottle to work with me filled it up 4 times today and had 8 glasses of water lol

I keep 5 x 500ml bottles in the fridge, filled with my water filter jug, I know when i have gone thru the 5 that is my minimum requirement anything else is a bonus...

I find that sitting on minimins with a vast glass of room temp water is the way to go.

Everytime you see someone discussing water it reminds you to have a glug.

I never sip my water, I always take a glug ;)

I glug too - plus I find if it is too cold I slow down a lot.

I am doing my duty and taking a glug again now as per my own guidelines! :D
