Step 1 Sole Source + Getting there

I'm on week 3 on cambridge. This is my second time around. I lost about 2.5 stone this time. This time I've done the following

Week 1= 10lbs
Week 2= 4lbs

I'm losing about half a pound a day at the minute but all my clothes are already lose. Got just over 2 stone to go until I think I'll be happy.

Nearly out of the obese range on the bmi scale. Bmi is rubbish but it's still nice
 
week 3 lost 5 lbs. very happy. nearly 20 lbs gone in total. i was put on 4 shakes as i didnt need a doctors signature but i could easier miss it and often do. i'm short so could have been put on 3 but i wanted to start straight away.
 
ooo forgot to say. i'm out of the obese range on the bmi scale. i'm now overweight. woohoo. just need to get my body fat percentage down. currently it stands at 40%. i want it to be nearer 26%
 
I'm down2 stone 4 lbs now and I'm on 35% body fat so still some way to go. I can go up to step 2 in 6lbs time. Woohoo
