well last week i tried on my size 18 river island jeans and they zipped and buttoned up but practically cut me in half. but this morning i just tried them on and they fit snugly!! v v v happy haven't been able to fit in2 them since last March and i do love all my river island jeans!! --i have about 10 pairs--hopefully soon tho i'l have to start buying smaller sizes!!
oh and also my stomach muscles are killing after my 40 situps the other night lol might take it easy on the wii fit today!

Well done girl! The scales are one sign but getting into smaller clothes definitely is a brilliant motivator to keep going. You'll be in size 16 River Island jeans in no time!

:party0011::party0011::party0011::party0011:well done lisa, its a fab feeling isn't it when you get into the size smaller, and like you say, one day they are tight and the next day they fit, i've found that too, well done again, keep up that good work x

    congratulations lisa, thats wonderful.
i am wearing a peach gypsy skirt (not often i wear skirts, im a real trouser/jeans girl) that i have never really wore. wore it once when i first got it but it was so tight around my tummy that i ended up with stomach ache.
Now its getting too big. if i didnt know better i would say it grew :D.
