Stubborn and doing it

If you've stuck to below 1,200 cals it should be pretty much impossible not to have lost something unless you suffer from a medical condition that prevents you doing so.

Fingers crossed it all comes together for you.

No point fretting over it now shep hun - it's not gonna do any good just make you feel bad. I know what you mean though feeling nervous about the first WI on a new diet, you don't feel reassured it's working until you see the numbers for yourself.

*hugs*

I'm sure you'll be fine, looking forward to hear how it went later. Have a good time with your friends while you're at it too!

I know I am really pleased the diet has proved itself. Also my weigh day is changing the girlies and I decided to get weighed Wednesday morning before they go off to work, with shift patterns of one of our group (shes a prison officer) she can make the Wednesdays but not Tuesday evenings, so as from next week getting weighed on Wednesday morning. :D

I prefered to get weighed in the morning too! Before I have eaten anything!!
Makes it easier all round, last nite my little girl cried as she wanted me to take her to bed not daddy, and we have dinner after weigh in and last night we was late weighing it was 8.30 before I ate and it gave me stomach ache .

So hopefully will be better all round.
