ok getting a little p'd off now... thats 2 x 2lb losses in a row... :confused:

maybe i need to up the water as i am feeling a little 'bottom-heavy' iykwim... lol...

not gonna let it get to me... still less than a stone to my 1st goal.

maybe a whopping great loss is en-route for next week :confused:

anyone else had a few crap losses in a row then a mega one to make up for it????

2lbs is still good. It amy be that you have lost so much already that the other pounds dont want to let go just yet. Keep going you will get there :)

2lb is a bag of sugar ... carry that around in one hand for awhile and you'll see you've done well.

Yes up your water intake and see if that helps for next week, but some people have good losses, followed by not such good losses (not bad though!!) and then it evens itself up with another good loss. If you are sticking to it - and drinking your water you should do a stone a month.

thanks ladies... i know 2lbs loss is still a (good) loss...

just really want to get into 10's like NOW!

the 10's for me are a good place to be, both physically and mentally and i cant wait!!!!!

oh well... like you say maybe a good loss is winging its way to me for next week... fingers crossed.
