I'm guessing that plain ginger tea is allowed; but the apple and ginger one is not?

any one know for sure?

Ginger tea isn't allowed I'm afraid, so ginger and apple wouldn't be either :( Sorry

Oh which herbal teas are allowed?
Green Tea - Yes
Peppermint - Yes
Jasmine - I read somewhere no?

How do you decide if you can or can't.

Sorry not Jasmine its from the flower.

The rule is pure leaf teas only nothing from the fruit, flower, bark or root.

Earl Grey although leaf has bergamot oil in it with is citrus and can slow down weight loss and keep an edge on hunger.

I have learned a lot from this forum in a very short time
1...drink water..more and more
2 no citric acid ( i didnt know that)
3 feeling weak at day 10 (mentally)
4 other people feel nauseous too!!
5 lots of people are worse off than me in many ways
6 people can be VERY supportive
7 there is no such thing as "failing" just "starting again"
In fact, i am getting a bit ibsessed with this site but it has most certainly spurred me on with the CD so thankyou everyone
