Hello there,

Just made gingerbread men with my little ones and I wondered what 28g of gingerbread biscuit might be roughly in syns?

You'd need to add up the syns for the various ingredients and then divide it my the number of biscuits you got.

Thanks Circes, but it was one of those kiddies' packs, with all the ingredients in little sachets and no nutritional info. I have guesstimated 28g to be 5.5 syns. Hopefully that's not too far off!
