Had a reeeally bad week.

Eaten so much and just reminded myself how awful I feel whenever I overeat.

I was hoping I could do the "eat when hungry, stop when full" thing and get by alright.

But yeah...i'm back.

Any tips on getting back into the swing of things?

Hey, welcome back! Maybe you could make some new recipes to have meals already waiting, for convenience, but also to have interesting new things to try so you don't feel like it's such a chore? Just don't be too down on yourself. You're amongst like minded people. We've all been there! Glad to see you back again :)

plan, plan, plan. Just get all your menus for the week and maybe try save your syns and enjoy the weekend, that way you are still in control but enjoying yourself at same time. Also plan for any obsticles
