Given up the Booze but now have sugar addiction!!!!!!.....help

I am 90 days off the drink, my choice and feeling great for that. The problem is I'm not feeling great about my body because I am eating chocolate cake and crisps, well anything not good really and I was already 10 lbs over my top weight to start with. I am going to try weight watchers because it gives me some sort of flexibility. Any tips or anyone in a similar position would be greatly appreciated. I am going to introduce a 30 days no chocolate, cake or crisps discipline. So here goes Day 1
