Giving it a go

I had a good up day. Ate well :)
DD today before weigh in tomorrow. I'm
Going out for tea tonight so just going to have yog for breakfast, cuppa soup and pitta for lunch and I've just had a look on the menu for where we are going and it's mostly burgers and pizzas and chips but they do have a grilled chicken chips and peas meal so I'm gonna ask for just the chicken and have a side salad and a squirt of Mayo on it :)

Good Luck with going out to eat on a DD!! Thayts one feat i don't intend to try..if I'm socialising its an UD or an ID!!! thats what they are for. DD's are for avoiding anywhere that might have any type of food or drink withing grabbing distance..I don't do resisting temptation very well LOL!!!
 
I resisted Joe begging me to get a takeaway. We went out and there was no option for a salad as it was a work do and a set menu so had 2 slices of pizza and a handful of chips. Was hoping to avoid carbs like I did last Thursday so will see if that affects to loss this week. Still only had 939 cals today but with blitzing my sons room for an hour, my net cals were about 500 odd.

We got home and Joe had had some beers and was saying he was hungry and asking for a Chinese. I am hungry and could easily devour some crispy lemon chicken and chow mein! But as I've had 2 down days this week I didn't want to just wipe them out on the day before weigh in by scoffing. So I made Joe a big plate of pittas salad pickles chutney ham and crisps and he happily munched away I'm sipping on my bottle of water and feeling uber proud of myself for being strong

This is a new NSV. I actually have gained some willpower!

Fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow! X

Well done Toxicsgirl, thats very impressive. DD day her today with a hangover :(, doing ok, just had small bowl of spicey butternut squash soup 50 cals, I'm sure thats much better for me than the PIZZA dripping with cheese that I really want :D
 
Haha I wouldn't be able to resist with a hang over so well done!!

I lost 1.3lbs this week and my divorce came through!! Happpppppy!!
