Okay, so for the past 3 weeks or so I seem to have reached a plateu - I have maintained my 1 stone weight loss.
I know there are things I could have done better, so for me it's now time to go back to basics.
I follow the EE plan at all times, and I am determined for a good loss this week, although my birthday at the weekend could hinder this slightly.
My main plan of action is to be especially good all week, and try and save my syns for the weekend. My birthday is Friday (8th July) and my parents are taking me out for a meal. Saturday my friend is having a bbq & boozy night at her house to celebrate. I suppose I can still make some sensible choices, in the hope of not hindering my weight loss too much. Also, as soon as Sunday comes around I will be right back on plan, 110%.
I have 10 more WI's before I go on holiday, and I plan to lose as much as possible before then.
I guess I just need some positive vibes sending my way :vibes:
