Giving RC A Go

Hi guys
I have been calorie counting for a while and lost about a stone by this time last year.Even though I thought I was still being careful I have managed to put 6 pounds back on :mad:..
Bought the RC book and am starting it tomorrow:D

hey - good for you Angie ! RC is a great plan - I did the original hip and thigh diet after both my pregnancies....worked a treat !

Good luck with your weight loss.

I lost weight on the original hip and thigh diet and I have been having a constant battle with her new diets. I am starting the original Hip and Thigh again today as I hate calorie counting.

Which RC diet are you going to follow
