Im no expert but i can give you a rough idea of what i eat. Feel free to take a look at my food diary (link below) too.

Free foods are all lean meats, fat free yogurts, most fruit and vegetables (except starchy ones like peas, sweetcorn, parsnips etc)

Your healthy extras are (roughly)
A: cheese (this is all i know as this is all i use my hxa for - light phili and cheddar
B: wm bread (1 slice from an 800g loaf is one HXB), 3 ryvitas, 227g (raw weight) baking potato, certain high fibre cereal (not sure on weight - maybe 30g), etc

Do you have the books? If theres anything specific you want to ask about, just shout and ill do my best - my books are at home but i can reply later if i dont know.

I'm doing it from home and have a few books but not much. I've always done EE or Green so Red is so new to me hehe
So basically with red its all meats fish and veggies. And potatoes cheese etc I can use either as syns or HExtras?
