Gmail or yahoo also antivirus - sorry meant to post in off topic

About a month ago someone tried to send an advertisement to all my contacts it came back in my inbox as undelivered. I changed the password but it is still happening.

I need to change my email address as this keeps happening I've an hotmail account.

So what I need to know is gmail or yahoo better? Also is there a free antivirus I can download that is very good??

I have gmail which i think is very good, dont know about yahoo. I've had no junkmail in all the time I've had gmail.

Avast is a pretty good free anti-virus programme - register for a free year i think, but you can then de register and re-register once the free year is up!
