Gnocchi? Do I listen to the syns calc or syns list?

I was trying to find the syns for gnocchi but couldn't find it on syns online so I put the nutritional information into the calculator. That came up with FREE on EE and Green and 39syns on Original (for the whole pack). Afterwards I managed to find them on the syns online list (I was spelling it wrong - opps!) and I came up with this...

Basic/Non Branded Foods Gnocchi, potato dumplings, cooked without fat 100g cooked

1½ Syns on Extra Easy

Original 7½ Syns

Green 1½ Syns

I know they're low syns anyway for a decent serving but would you go with what the calc says or the list? I know these few 'extra' syns here and there can really add up over time but it would be lovelly to have a bit of a change from pasta.

yeah go with the list. think its cos they have flour in them to bind the potato.

(remember syn Questions should go in Syn forum)

Yes, but i'm not asking for the syns. I'm asking for opinions.

Thanks anyway!

I would go with the syn value - but allow yourself the full 15 syns that day :D

That way you can stay on plan, without going over syns, just in case.
