The weekends for most are the hardest part of the diet.

Certainly when I did the diet it was tougher than the week as I used to have some nice meals out etc on Saturday and then a roast on a Sunday.

Anyway wanted to say to all those on SS/790 that it is so worth it to hang in there on the diet and food will be there in the future when you have got to goal weight.

If you stick to the diet then by Monday morning you will have burnt off around another 4000 calories of fat and be those few steps closer to finishing the best diet in the world.

Go for it!
