Lets hope we can travel on this journey together I would love to lose 3stone :cry:
Day 1, I found easy. Day 2 ( today) more difficult, as I've been out for a meal with colleagues. I had soup to start....didn't eat it all and salmon with green beans for main course. I didn't eat the carrots or potatoes and I skipped dessert completely - not the best start to a diet but hopefully the meal won't have spoilt it, if I stick to it all week.
