GOAL!!! Setting a mini goal: 5 pounds.

well done with youre mini goalbl , what a fab way to tackle post holiday bulge :) im definately going to use that in practice when visiting him on his ship , sick of fighting off the excess when i get home , feel so uncomfortable in my own skin when i gain , amazing how quickly you adapt to being smaller.
anyhooo loving the haircut , you look amazing . hope you get to goal , youre certainly doing what is needed :0)
 
today,

Brekkie: 2 eggs, 1.5 slice wheat toast

Snacks: orange, grapes

Lunch: green salad with butter beans and cottage cheese, yogurt

snack: apple, 3 chocolate celebrations

dinner: green salad with quorn, avocado, tomatos, kidney beans and salsa with a sweet and sour chili yogurt dressing.

exercise: 30 minutes swimming. 30 minutes walking.
 
Thanks Suki! First time I have ever tried to lose in advance. I like the idea - takes the pressure off. I am about 1.5 poudn from where I wanted to be - but happy enough. I know I will get plenty of exercise while on hols....we are buidling a garage. Manual labour is a great calorie burner! :D
